Build Your Home the Easy Way with Bella Qld Properties
1. Your home is your Castle – Choose a Design with the help of our experienced New home Consultant which is best for you. The Consultant will help to modify the plan if necessary.
2. Budget Estimate - once your have finalised the design and discussed the details with the consultant get an estimate within seven working days.
3. New Home Tender - Soil Test Report & Survey of your lot is necessary for this. A nominal fee applies.
4. Building Agreement - The next step is to prepare detailed documents including full working drawings, Energy Reports, Engineering and Local Council requirements. After contract is signed further fee is required so we can apply for approvals.
5. The company submits applications and secures approvals.
6. A copy of building approval is forwarded to your Financier once you have received finance approval.
7. Once Authority to Commence Construction is received all material and labour orders are placed and the construction commences.
8. You will be fully informed with the progress and invited to inspect at the completion of each of the five major stages.
9. On completion you will be presented with your beautiful home for you to enjoy.
