About Bella QLD Properties

Bella QLD Properties Pty Ltd is a family owned company with its managing director Kim Chiverton having had many years of experience in the building industry. Kim has been the Senior person for a major public building company for many years building in excess of 800 homes a year. Kim made the decision that she wished to do all this for herself and some 5 years ago formed Bella Qld Properties Pty Ltd and Laverton Corporation Pty Ltd with the aim of using Bella to do the construction of residential and commercial projects and Laverton Corporation Pty Ltd to be use exclusively for property developing - subdivisions and major projects such as shopping centres and old age care complexes. Kim has guided Bella and Laverton to become a major building/development company in South East Queensland.

The building principle and philosophy of both companies is a simple word called "excellence". It is with this objective solely in mind that principles of both companies have been formulated and guided. This has reflected in Bella in particular becoming a household word as a pinical in the building industry and one that other builders strive to obtain. It has become so recognised that industry associations such as the Qld Master Builders Association invite Bella to be a major participant in all their Display Villages in the South East Queensland region. The company also has a strong client ethic where it realises that all humans are different and therefore needs and wants change, Bella accommodate the requests of their clients whereever practically possible so that they may express their individuality in their investment property or their home.

All of Bella's trade contractors have been with Kim in her previous positions and her current company for over 10 years and this reflects the stability of Bella and the long term relationship it has with its trade's people. This is an unusual but very unique position as most trade contractors are transient and sometimes this continual movement is reflected in poor workmanship, this is not Kim's philosophy. Kim takes the position that if she looks after and continually trains and upgrades her contractors then the result must be high quality standards and continuity of supply to Bella's customers. It's with this approach and business plan that Bella and Laverton presents itself to all customers and the public at large.
